Is Padr only for one cat?
No. Padr supports multiple cats. Each cat keeps a separate identity, Timeline, signal history and learned rhythm so one cat's normal does not become another cat's baseline.
Can several people care for the same cat?
Yes. A Padr family can share the den, record care and see a coherent history. Padr Basic includes two family members. Padr+ lets more people join the family.
Does Padr work across more than one home?
Yes. Padr can keep home and device context with supported events and family records. That helps prevent one place from creating confusing warnings about another.
What are Today, Storyline and the Timeline?
Today shows the current care picture. Storyline is the day-level Timeline of supported device facts, family logs, memories, comments and Care context in the order they happened. Longer history keeps those days connected.

How does Padr understand my cat?
Padr learns from that cat's own meals, water, litter, weight, play, wellbeing, habits, notes, supported devices, family inputs, places and history. It considers source and coverage before describing a pattern or change.
Does Padr compare my cat with every other cat?
No. Familiar patterns come from the individual cat. Broad veterinary or population context can help frame a question, but it does not replace the cat's own history or current veterinary plan.
What are Signals?
Signals are source-aware pieces of the cat's day, such as a meal, water event, litter check, weight, play, wellbeing observation, note, place or supported device observation. Padr keeps the meaning and source attached.
Can Padr predict what my cat will do?
Padr can form cautious expectations around a familiar personal pattern when it has enough coverage. A prediction is an explainable expectation, not a certainty or diagnosis. Padr should show what it used and what is missing.
Why are seven clear Care days useful?
Personal context needs real life. After seven clear Care days with enough real records, Padr Basic can show the first Care pattern without pretending that a few timestamps define the cat forever. Empty calendar days do not move it forward.

Can Padr scan a cat-food barcode?
Yes. Barcode lookup and manual food entry stay available with Padr Basic. If a product is new, Padr+ can read clear package photos and prepare the details for family review.
Can Padr identify a product from package photos?
Yes, with Padr+. Padr can extract product and nutrition details from clear package photos, then presents the result for family review before saving. Extraction can be incomplete or wrong, so the review step matters.
How does Padr calculate calories for my cat?
Padr can combine the saved food's energy density, portions, the cat's recorded profile and activity context, and a recorded veterinary target where present. It shows daily totals and remaining context. The calculation is not a feeding prescription or veterinary advice.
Does a feeder dispense prove my cat ate?
No. A dispense proves what the supported feeder reported. A family observation, leftover record or other supported evidence may show what was eaten. Padr keeps served, eaten and left as separate facts.
Can Padr track leftovers?
Yes. Food Corner can record what remained so the daily food story does not automatically treat every served gram as eaten.

Can Padr analyse a litter photo?
Yes, with Padr+. A clear tray, poo or pee-clump photo can receive an AI-assisted advisory read. Manual litter records remain available with Padr Basic. Padr keeps the result beside the Care history and preserves uncertainty.
What can Padr look for in a poo photo?
Padr can describe visible stool-shape and consistency evidence using an advisory stool-style score when the image supports it. Occlusion, litter, poor light and mixed contents reduce certainty.
What can Padr look for in a pee photo?
Padr can keep visible colour and clump evidence in the pee lane. A normal photograph cannot measure urine pH, crystals or internal medical conditions.
Does a litter-box visit prove pee or poo?
No. A valid visit can prove tray use. Pee or poo needs separate evidence, such as a clear photo analysis, supported media classification or a family confirmation. Padr can keep the event as visit-only or unclear.
Does the photo analysis diagnose illness?
No. It is an advisory read of visible evidence. Blood, repeated loose stool, straining, vomiting, appetite loss, unusual quietness or any urgent concern belongs with a veterinarian.

Which hardware brands does Padr support?
Padr currently supports selected integrations across PetKit, PetLibro, Neakasa, Smart Life, Tuya and Home Assistant. Exact model support depends on connector, region, account and current availability.
Does Padr replace the manufacturer's app?
Not always. The provider app may remain necessary for account setup, firmware or device-specific functions. Padr is the unified cat-care hub for supported status, events and family context.
What if an integration needs help?
Use Padr Support inside the app. The team can help with supported integration additions, tuning and fixes, and can review a screenshot or video when useful.
Why does Padr keep device state separate from cat behaviour?
Because a pump running is not the same as a cat drinking, and a feeder dispensing is not the same as a cat eating. Preserving the difference makes the Timeline and signals more trustworthy.

What is Padr+?
Padr+ adds longer Care comparisons, personalised context, photo analysis, reports, extra supported devices, selected controls, more family members and one original Kastardo creation.
What stays in Padr Basic?
Padr Basic keeps ordinary logging, Today, explicit Care records, care-critical concerns, the latest seven Care days, the first Care pattern, one supported device and two family members.
Is Padr+ included when I create a family?
Yes. Every new Padr family receives Padr+ for its first seven calendar days without starting a subscription.
Does every Padr+ plan include a free trial?
No. The included first seven days are separate from App Store subscriptions. Monthly begins immediately with no trial. Eligible Annual customers may receive three days free. The App Store purchase sheet shows the exact price and offer before confirmation.
When does Padr introduce Padr+?
After the included first week, Padr asks when you request a Padr+ outcome, such as a longer Care comparison, photo analysis or another supported device. Ordinary logging and urgent Care guidance do not lead to a paywall.
Are food and litter photo checks available with Padr Basic?
Photo analysis is available with Padr+ from the first use. Manual Care records, manual food entry and barcode lookup remain available with Padr Basic.
Will Padr hide a care concern if I do not subscribe?
No. Care-critical concerns are not a Padr+ entitlement. A family should not need a subscription to see a concern Padr already knows about.

Does Padr diagnose medical conditions?
No. Padr organises care evidence, personal rhythm and changes worth noticing. It does not examine the cat, diagnose disease or replace a veterinarian.
What does a personal baseline mean?
It describes what has usually happened for this cat under the observed coverage. It does not prove that the routine is medically ideal. Emergency signs and a current veterinary plan outrank the baseline.
Can I correct an event?
Yes. Padr can preserve the original source while recording the family's correction or clarification. The history should show what arrived and what the family later confirmed.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
The current Padr Privacy Policy explains data handling and rights. Account deletion and privacy controls are also available inside the app.
