Padr is the unified cat-care hub. A manufacturer's app may still be required for account setup, firmware or provider-specific features.

Can Padr Support fix my hardware?

Padr Support can help with the Padr integration, additions, tuning and troubleshooting. Hardware faults, warranties and manufacturer-account problems may still need the device provider.

Are device controls part of Padr Basic?

Status, safety warnings, provider repair and your family's own device facts remain accessible with Padr Basic. One supported device stays connected. Device commands and additional devices are Padr+ features where the connector and safety state support them.
